About
HANAMI Company was put together by four A3 fans who decided that it would be fun to write a story together with other fans of A3, and showcase everybody's OCs while they're at it.
The story begins with the story of Takumi Furuichi, the son of the now legendary Director Tachibana and Sakyo Furuichi, and how he comes back to acting.
There are four troupes, similar to MANKAI, but based on a different theme: the times of day. Find out more about the Troupes in the links below!
Story
The story will be mainly written in Google Docs. Each Act will have a separate Google Doc, including the Prologue.
In each Google Doc, there will be links to lead you to each Episode.
Here's some extra knowledge for anyone interested!
Apply
Interested in having your character in the story? Great!
You don't have to have experience with A3 or any knowledge of the story, as the Prologue summarises the plot as is, already.
All you need to do is fill up this form and we'll let you know if you've been accepted!
There are some restrictions, though:
1. No magical characters -- by this we mean fairies/mermaids. Azunee might be a vampire, but we don't all get to be vampires...
2. No characters outrightly related to A3 characters. There will be some characters that are related to A3 characters in the story, however. Despite this, being inspired by these characters is totally a good reason! You can read about what the A3 characters are up to now here.

There are four mods running this project:

Don't get us started on how many OCs they parent -- (Takumi, Akira, Madoka, Kei), their face is often buried in their rhythm games and complaining about pull rates. Writing is their passion and can and will ship their OC with yours if you bring it up.

The biggest loser to ever walk the face of the Earth—so much that he parents Suzuki Jiichiro and Fujiwara Sochi, who are two giant losers themselves. His natural habitat is being surrounded by video games. He writes the plays and if you ask about them, you’ll just hear nonstop screaming for 30 minutes.

Shiratori Ren and Nanao Kanon's loving mother! You'll often find her obsessing over her OCs, giving questionable advice to people, and overusing the sparkle emoji. She runs the social media accounts of HANAMI, explaining the (self-proclaimed) adorable nature of their posts.

Sunset Troupe
"Oh, hello. You're curious about Sunset Troupe? I'm the leader of this troupe, Kei Sakurai. I hope you'll enjoy our plays, and even if our sunset feels melancholic, it's important to know the sun rises again."
Sunset Troupe is a troupe that performs mainly darker plays, with more of a focus on darker topics such as death. The leader of this troupe is Kei Sakurai, a salaryman alcoholic, who seems to have a mysterious history with sunsets...
Dusk Troupe
"Hello there. Welcome to Dusk Troupe. I'm the leader, Ren Shiratori. Let me know if you need any help, alright? It may be dark, but none of us are alone anymore."
Dusk Troupe is a troupe that tends to perform darker plays as well, however their plays are often metaphorical in nature, some even ending openly. The leader of this troupe is Ren Shiratori, a gentle young man who is finally breaking into the spotlight.
Sunrise Troupe
"...Welcome to Sunrise Troupe. I'm Eisuke Hozumi. Nice to meet you. And...everyone can start from somewhere. The sun will rise on you, too."
Sunrise Troupe is a troupe that performs feel good plays -- plays with the subject of coming of age, or romance plays. The leader of this troupe is Eisuke Hozumi, a young teen wishing to better himself through acting.
Midday Troupe
”Hey heeey! Ya like laughin’ and havin’ a good time? Then Midday Troupe’s the way! I’m the best ‘round here, so any questions should come to me, yeah? You’re lucky I’m lettin’ ya gain some knowledge from the great Jiichiro Suzuki!”
Midday Troupe is a troupe that performs bright and upbeat plays, most of them comedic in nature. Their plays are best known for their high energy performances. Their leader is Jiichiro Suzuki, a talented actor who may not believe in himself as much as he says.
